Upload an IM or give it data room access, and it produces a model-ready summary of an Australian commercial property deal. Every value is referenced to its document and page, calculations show their formula and inputs, and nothing comes from outside the documents provided. It cross-checks sources provided for inconsistencies, lists missing information as an RFI, flags jurisdiction matters to confirm, and gives an evidence-based risk assessment.

The output is a clean Excel export with a linked summary page.
