I’ve been investing for the past eight years across equities, early-stage businesses, and now property. Assets underpinned by real demand and structural tailwinds have always made more sense to me than sentiment-driven plays.
That conviction pulled me into development management. Over seven years I’ve managed and delivered more than $35M in commercial construction and development across Sydney and Brisbane, working up through site supervision, contract administration, and project management into development management. It’s given me a clear picture of how value is created in
property, not just how it’s owned.
In the last 18 months my focus has narrowed to social infrastructure and industrial cold storage assets. Sectors with genuine demand drivers, government-backed income streams, and chronically undersupplied pipelines. I’m currently working across a NSW-based childcare and SDA development portfolio with Assets Under Management of $90M+.

Over the past few years I’ve built out what I call a LifeOS: a stack of tools, habits, and structures that run in the background so the foreground can stay clear and focused. Less time managing money, chasing emails, losing files, or staring at a screen waiting for focus to arrive. More time thinking, building, and being present for the things that matter.

In parallel I’m building Valior Capital, a property development syndication platform, with a view to partnering with sophisticated investors on development opportunities in social infrastructure and industrial assets.
My edge is sitting across both sides of the table. I understand how development works from the ground up, and I think like an investor. A useful combination whether you’re evaluating a deal, structuring equity, or trying to understand where value is created in the development process.
